T - 2100

T-2100 model was exclusively designed for the textile industries. In addition to standard capabilities of quick accurate optical and contact RPM measurements (2 in 1 design), capability of measuring surface speeds (m/min, ft/min, in/min), length counter (m, ft and in) it comes with a textile adaptor.

The textile adapter is manufactured with high quality materials and incorporates high speed miniature bearings. Light running wheels ensure measurement with as small a pull tension required to prevent thread, yarn breakage. Base unit with textile adaptor fitted can be used to measure speeds in (m/min, ft/min or in/min) of yarn, threads, cords, wires and cables.

Set comes complete with individual foam filled carry case, batteries, contact adaptor, textile adaptor, cone tip, surface wheel, reflective tapes, international instruction manual and English brochure.

Typical applications include checking of RPM on machinery, motors, fans, blowers, turbines, engines, timing belts, gear reducers, etc. Surface speed measurements (m/min, ft/min, in/min) for threads, yarn, wires, conveyor systems, belts, shaft, rollers, feed speeds on machines, etc. Length counter (m, ft, in) can be used for measuring thread length, yarn length, conveyor belt lengths, length of tapes, paper rolls, textile rolls, etc.
